free Eng- french translator?

who knows a reliable accurate translator? i have a pen pal in france and i dont know enough french to talk to her easily.

7. Babelfish, freetranslation.com, several work. You could cross-check between them, as well as with a french-english dictionary for iffy words, if you want to go for extreme accuracy. Still, you should take this as an incentive to learn another language. As a Romance language, it'll improve your English (not that there's anything wrong with your english; i'm trying to learn italian for the same foresaid purpose).
