Does anyone know a year French language program in French public university?

I would like to learn French language for a year in French public univresty. I can't pay a lot of money but I have found this one here http://www.defi-fle.com/fr/index.php?menu=2&menu2=5 But I'm wondering if there are similar things like the link. 2. maybe you can study "sciences du langage" at Nanterre Universite, it is not made for foreigners but it helps u understand the expressions and improve ur oral skills. its not expensive at all, maybe 400 euros a year.
