How would you attract immigrants to New France if you were in charge of increasing the colony's population?

Say you are in charge of attracting immigrants to New France. What methods would you use to attract immigrants to New France? I am trying to brainstorm possible methods. Thanks.

1. I'd offer them free land for farming. I'd tell them the soil is rich and the rivers are full of fish. I might even suggest that the land is rich in minerals such as gold and silver. I'd attract people who love the outdoors and hunting by describing the plentiful game in the countryside. I'd try to attract crafts people by saying there's lots of demand for skills such as metal workers, carpentry, building, and land development. I'd attract professionals by telling them the housing is inexpensive and well appointed, and that they will be paid well for their knowledge. Education is of high quality and is free to all children. I'd also tell women that they too can have free land and the right to vote, and to inherit property. (All these hunters will need wives, but why should a woman come to the hardships of a new land if they don't have their equal rights guaranteed?) I'd tell them the climate is temperate, with pleasantly warm summers and moderate winters. I'd say the people are welcoming to newcomers. I'd say that the laws are fair and that freedom is paramount in New France. I'd place alluring ads. in foreign newspapers and do a mass distribution of colorful pamphlets showing the beauty of the land, lovely homes, and happy citizens.
2. ....What ethnics, race & religion immigrants are you trying attract to so call "New France", be more specific in your question. If no specific and you want immigrants fill up your so call "New France", like as soon as possible. Spread the words to China, Egypts, Sudan, Mexico, there would be boats & air plane load coming to your so call "New France" in no time.
3. Jobs that pay well and the opportunity to live in a free society. Also offering land for homesteading wouldn't hurt either.Good farming folks always make a country stronger and wealthier.
